In its earliest appearance in Greek, this notion of excellence was ultimately bound up with the notion of fulfilling purpose or function: the act of living up to one’s fullest potential.

Arete EPM was founded with the belief that a consulting firm should exist to serve its clients’ interests first, without being burdened by a costly overhead. We operate under a lean management structure which is focused on delivering the best possible solution for our clients. This approach serves our clients well, and keeps our team fresh, challenged, and driven to deliver the best solutions for our clients. Simply put, Arete EPM is focused on doing for a purpose rather than just following a motion.

With more than a decade of experience as an international cooperation coordinator in various fields, Sunny brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Arete EPM. He plays a crucial role in connecting and supporting both consultants and potential clients. Sunny is also contributing to building a strong and reliable team at Arete EPM Hanoi, paving the way for the Arete EPM brand to make a name for itself throughout the APAC region.

Vicky Doan

PARTNERSHIPS AND ALLIANCES DIRECTOR

With significant experience in strategic partnerships and alliances, Vicky is a seasoned marketing professional who is passionate about helping brands grow through impactful collaborations and activations. Prior to her role at Arete EPM, she gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, emphasizing innovation, engagement, consensus building, and entrepreneurial problem-solving. As a director at the Vietnam COE, she is a key member of the senior leadership team and focuses on developing and advancing partnership solutions to expand access, opportunity, and equity across the APAC region.
